1. Email email@example.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your item(s).
2. Send your item the return address we provide you in our reply.
(Please note Customers will be responsible for all postage and re-postage of returned).
3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 5 business days.
4. All returns & exchanges will be processed for store credit, for which you’re then able to pick another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.
5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit.
If you received item(s) damaged or wrong color. We will replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. Returns must be notified via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received by MAGNA Official within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging & also unworn.
